Bathroom renovation in a listed building

Our client wanted to renovate two bathrooms in a newly purchased listed building (Ewell, Surrey).  The interior design phase was carried out prior to purchase completion, to ensure work got underway as soon as the new owners took possession.

We began by protecting the areas next to the ensuite bathroom.  We are always extremely thorough when it comes to protecting other parts of the property - here we used Corex protection on the hall walls, screened off the living areas and covered the floor.

Good preparation is key to delivering the finished design & build quality that our clients expect of us.

The majority of work undertaken was in the master bedroom's ensuite.  Our design included reinstating an original doorway to create another entry from the hallway. Here are a few images from the finished project.
