Initial Consultation
We charge a nominal £75 for this consultation which would be refunded on commissioning our services.
The initial consultation between the client and the designer allows the client to decide if they like not only the designer’s ideas but the designer as well! It also allows the designer to gain an understanding of the clients brief to decide what you do and don’t like and what it is you want to achieve. If you are happy with us and feel that we can work together then you can commission inspirational to create a design scheme and mood board based on your requirements.

Design Scheme
At approximately £350 per room this includes an onsite consultation to discuss schemes covering budget and styles and a standard room survey. Following this visit a mood board will be supplied to show all the finishes, fittings, furniture, lighting, accessories etc and a floor plan as required. A full finishes schedule detailing all the works and finishes required along with budget costs to achieve the scheme is also included.
We will competitively procure all furniture and fittings for you and arrange for them to be delivered directly to you.

Project Management

We can directly sub contract the various tradesmen for you or we can oversee your contractors throughout the works to a satisfactory completion. The fees for project management are usually based on 10% of the final project value but can be dependent on the size of the project.

Sourcing and Advice

If any specific sourcing of products or visits to showrooms are required the designer will make a charge of £45.00 per hour plus expenses. (minimum charge for showroom visits will be £180) If you are thinking of re arranging the internal layout of your house or extending we can advice on the best workable layouts or we can advise how best to dress your house to give you the finished look, again this is charged at £45.00 per hour.

 

All costs quoted are excluding VAT, which would be charged at the current rate of 15%.
