On our initial visit we advise on what will make your home more attractive to potential buyers or tenants. This visit is charged at £45 per hour, plus travel expenses, with a minimum charge of £90. After this first visit we write up an itemised schedule for you, detailing the works that need to be done.  Costs start at £150 for a 1-bedroom property increasing by £75 per bedroom (i.e.  a 4-bedroom property report will be £375). We also advise on colours, soft furnishings, room layouts and use of space etc. - to increase the market value of your property for minimal cost. We can also assist you in clearing clutter, project managing the works and dressing/furnishing your property ready for viewing.   All costs quoted are excluding VAT, which would be charged at the prevailing rate.
